- Telephone support for most common software
packages
- Providing you with your own ‘helpdesk’
for a variety of software products
- If we can’t answer immediately, we will
return your call within 24 hours
- Unlimited calls for the contract period
- Can include help with configuring and
installing new software packages and software patches
- Either purchase by itself (around £30.00 per
month) or combined with hardware support for only £10.00 per month
