Stock Management System:

Please note, this download is only applicable to existing users of the Stock Management System software and will not function without a prior installation. If you are a new user, please contact us to have a 30 day trial CD sent to you at no cost.

Instructions for Download and install:

1. Click on the icon below and ensure that 'Save this file to disk' is selected.
2. Select where you want the file saved to, and click the 'OK' button. The file should then download to the chosen location.
3. When the download is complete, open to the location of the downloaded file (the easiest way is to click on 'Open Folder' from the Download Complete message box). Double-click the new file.
4. A dialogue box will open asking you where you want to unpack the files to, the default location is 'c:\temp'. Click the 'Unzip' button. This will unpack all of the files necessary for the installation to the selected location.
5. Open the folder that contains the unpacked files.
6. Double-click the Set-up icon and follow the instructions on the screen.
7. If you installed the Stock Management System to a location other than the default, you will need to change the installation directory (the default is c:\Program Files\Serendipity\Stock).
8. The End User License Agreement is unchanged, and use of this software is accepted as agreement that you are still bound by the terms of this agreement. This can be viewed by launching your software, selecting Help, About and then click the 'View EULA' button.
9. When you start your software, you may be asked to enter your Unlock Code (or Activation Key if you have not yet registered your software). If you have mislaid your Unlock Code, call or e-mail us and the code can be re-issued.

• Due to error on new installations, some users may be asked for Activation Key at start-up, and despite entering correct key, the system repeatedly claims it is incorrect and shuts down. This update resolves this issue and resets installation date to give a new trial period (if applicable). Users who fall into this category may have to re-enter company information.
